I Left My Heart in St. Martin!

When I vacationed in St. Martin (the Caribbean), I did not want to leave. Honestly I did not want to leave!

It is one of my favorite destinations and so much fun. A very relaxing, beautiful island and easy to get around in. And though I stayed in a gorgeous villa in St. Martin (on the French side), I loved hanging out in St. Maarten (on the Dutch side) too.

I highly recommend this island to anyone interested in spending time at the beach. There are some truly lovely beaches in and around St. Martin/St. Maarten. Both photos show views of Dawn Beach at the Philipsburg boardwalk (on the Dutch side).

Branson is a lively place, not just for seniors!

I visited Branson, Missouri for the first time last year. Maybe this was a kinda coming-of-age thing, but I really enjoyed myself. I traveled with my family, and we had a blast.

There is so much to do in Branson, and we did not stay long enough to do it all. I will be back! Think about checking this place out for yourself. It's fun, and you can find some of the best, most spacious vacation rentals in and around Branson. One of my favorite hangouts was Branson Landing, a renovated downtown entertainment complex. Shopping, dining, yacht cruising--it's all there.

Touring Martha's Vineyard

I have vacationed at Martha's Vineyard, staying with friends in a cozy cottage. A quaint, calming, easy place to relax and enjoy the beach, shops, and views. And I've promised to take my sister there for a visit one day, since MV's a top favorite on her wish list. Have you been to this quiet island resort?
